Criteria

1. Candidates must have attained all 3 prior Certifications.

2. Candidates must not have any previous criteria from the previous certifications degrade.

3. Candidates must have 5 years of experience minimum (between 5 and 10 years preferred). No exceptions.

4. Candidates must have at least 10 concurrent students, of which, at least 1 must have achieved Bronze Certification.

5. Candidates at this level are not only capable of handling any type of training thrown at them (regardless of difficulty level, empty hands or weapons), these candidates are also able to help others reliably at any skill level.

6. Candidates at this level serve as great representatives for the Initiative. Not just in terms of skill, but also in terms of conduct and character.

7. For those with 10 or more years of experience, but are not instructors due to circumstance or lack of interest in starting and operating their own group, so long as all other criteria other #4 are achieved, the Candidate in question may still be eligible based on the discretion of their respective Instructor and the President.
